K02 · 12 →The writer behind Kokoro
Haiku writer, photographer, and mindfulness practitioner.
Pierre lives in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia, where walking, observing, and sharing become a way of returning to the beauty of the present moment.
He is the creator of Kaze Dōjō, “The Way of the Wind”, a space for haiku and haiga shaped by attention, the seasons, and ordinary life.
His wider work brings together mindfulness, meditation, Reiki, teaching and writing. Through The Mindfulness Matrix — the book on Amazon, bilingual poetry, reflections and guided practices, he explores how attention becomes a way of meeting life.
These haiku and haiga are invitations to pause, to notice, and to rediscover the extraordinary hidden within ordinary life.
About the name
A Japanese word often translated as heart.
But also mind.
Spirit.
Feeling.
Awareness.
The place where the world touches us, and where we touch the world.
The editions
Each edition remains whole, while every haiku also joins the growing collection.
